The Human Resource Investment Council and the Workforce Partnership of Greater Rhode Island, working with Warwick, provide qualified businesses with training grants and other programs that allow:

 

•     Grants up to 50% of the cost, including trainees’ salaries
•     Matching retraining grants, up to $30,000, for existing employees
•     Assistance in receiving a matching grant of up to $10,000 for upgrading existing employee skills
•     Assistance with tax credits of up to $5,000 per employee for 50% of approved training costs
